The open woodlands and natural pastures of Northern Tasmania, yield a rich and varied honey from clover, blackberry, thistle and many endemic species of wildflower.

A sweet and mild honey with lots of complex hedgerow flavours. Meadow honey is an ideal sugar replacement in baking or drinks.
